Who is PJ?
I’m a mom, wife, pet lover, and corporate professional who is learning to live a little slower in a world that is ever increasing its speed.
Low & Slow Livin’ is where I compile the moments in between: the quick weeknight meals made in a hurry while supervising two toddlers and five pets, the quiet joy of making something by hand while watching a comfort show, and the small choices that add up to a more intentional, eco-conscious life.
In an effort to rebel against mass production and ever fleeting change in trends, I started focusing on slow fashion & consumption, which led me to the world of DIYs. Miles of Melodies was thus born. Each project is made to be functional and durable while being cost-effective, which makes them perfect for busy adults. Thoughtful, slow, and intentional choices for real life.
I believe in sustainability without pushing for perfection, creativity without falling to pressure, and creating a home where all identities and stories feel welcome.
